Platform / Video security
Control where your videos play.
Keep private videos behind signed playback links, restrict playback to your domains and deliver AES-128 encrypted HLS streams.
Access, not just a hidden link
Publishing a video shouldn't mean giving it away.
A copied URL or embed can take your content outside its intended audience. Configure private playback and approved domains before you publish.
Personal, expiring links
In the course workflow, each viewer receives a signed playback link valid for 1–24 hours.
Domain lock
Limit playback to the domains you allow. A copied embed is not permission to play.
Encrypted delivery
AES-128 encrypted HLS protects stream delivery. This is not DRM.
Set the policy. Then publish.
- 01
Keep it private
Mark the video private so playback requires a valid signed link.
- 02
Allow your domains
Choose the sites where the video is permitted to play.
- 03
Connect viewer access
Use the WooCommerce plugin to grant or revoke course access with each order.
Know the boundaries
Protection without impossible promises.
AES-128 is not DRM
Encryption, link expiry and domain restrictions are distinct controls. Tell us if your rights holders require DRM.
Recording cannot be ruled out
An optional e-mail watermark discourages capture and sharing. No browser-based playback can guarantee prevention.
Course playback links are valid for 1–24 hours. Talk to us about your account settings and how you handle account sharing.
Your questions, answered.
Is this DRM?
No. The controls are AES-128 encrypted HLS, signed playback links and domain restrictions. They are not a DRM implementation.
How long does a course link last?
Between 1 and 24 hours, set by the store. A new link is issued each time a buyer opens the lesson.
Can I prevent screen recording?
No service can fully prevent it. The optional e-mail watermark makes recordings traceable to the buyer.
